We will replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 48 hours after merchandise has been received.
We try hard to provide quality products on our website but sometimes some things just aren’t that perfect fit, feel, or vibe. You can return the merchandise within (30) thirty days from the day received and we will refund your money excluding actual shipping fees (even items that offer free shipping). Please email us or send a contact return form before returning merchandise to obtain the correct return address for your package. The merchandise must be adequately packed in its original packaging and insured before return. Custom orders, special orders, clearance/sale products, gift certificates and bulk orders are not returnable or refundable.

We ship all items via USPS, Federal Express or UPS depending on your location and needs. An “oversized” item fee will be applied to certain items. Most in stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping is typically 5-6 business days depending on location. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout and occur within 24-hours of order placement unless extenuating circumstances arise. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed and defective items for up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped. SALE/CLEARANCE Items are final sale & not eligible for a return or exchange. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. With a gift card, an exchange may be made for merchandise of equal or greater value.
